ALL INDIA BAR EXAMINATION
Mode of Application
(i) There is only one mode of application i.e. online
which can be accessed by a candidate after registering on the AIBE website
by creating a LOGIN ACCOUNT. The Online Application Form can be submitted only
between 21th April, 2014 and 25th June, 2014 (11:59
p.m.). The submitted Online Registration Form and other details will be
available and accessible in the LOGIN ACCOUNT of the candidate.
(ii) No copies of the filled in Online Application Form or uploaded
certificates/documents need to be sent to the BCI Office for candidates applying
for AIBE-VII onwards.
(iii) The Hall-Ticket/Admit Card should be accessed/downloaded by the
candidate from the personal LOGIN ACCOUNT. The candidate is
required to take the printout of the Hall-Ticket / Admit Card to the Examination
Hall.
(iv) Candidates applying must visit and carefully read
the instructions given on the following link "Instructions & Conditions"
(v) Incomplete application or application in any mode
other than online or application after the last date and time shall not be
entertained. It shall be the obligation of the candidate to fill the Online
Application Form in a timely manner and the Bar Council of India shall not be
responsible for the shortcomings in the application process under any
circumstances.
(vi) The registration helpline numbers 0120-4253515/16/17/18 would be available from Monday to
Saturday from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM only. Our executives will help the candidates
for any difficulty faced during registration process.No general queries would be
entertained on these numbers.

(vii)All general queries about the exam should be sent on
aibe.bci@gmail.com Kindly
mention your application number for queries related to previous bar exams along
with your contact number.
(viii)Candidates are requested to provide their own working mobile numbers
during registration as the OTP (One Time Password) would be sent to them to
complete the registration process. All other general communication and Result
would also be sent on the same registered mobile number. A mobile number
once registered would not be changed. Kindly do not use a single mobile number
for more than one registration.
Documents to Be Uploaded during Online Registration
The relevant attested photocopies of the below mentioned
certificates/documents are to be uploaded while filling the Online Application
Form by all the candidates The attestation should be done catagorically by a
Gazette Officer or Notary. Kindly do not send self attested documents. We honour
and agree that some of the candidates might themselves be eligible to attest
documents but kindly refrain from doing so and get a second party attestation
done:
(a) Any
govt. photo ID OR Advocate ID Card(ATTESTED COPY REQUIRED)
(b) State
Enrollment Certificate OR Intimation Letter (issued by State Bar Council)(ATTESTED COPY REQUIRED)
(c)
Passport size photograph [JPG Format] (Size: between 10 to 50 KB)
(d)
Signature of candidate [JPG Format](Size: between 10 to 50 KB)
Additionally the scanned attested copies of the documents to be uploaded by a
candidate depending on the applicability are:
(a)
Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (NOTARIZED COPY REQUIRED from competent authority)
(b)
Disability Certificate (Persons with Disability, P.W.D.)(NOTARIZED COPY REQUIRED)
(c) Any
other specific health condition (Doctor’s Certificate)(ATTESTED COPY REQUIRED)
The fees to be remitted while submitting the Online
Application Form of AIBE for General/OBC/PWD/SC/ST and other category candidates
is Rs.2500/- + Rs. 60 (Bank Charge) excluding the bank charges or additional
transaction costs for remitting the fees into the BCI Bank Account.
For paying the fees, the candidate will have to download the 'Bank
Challan' that will be generated after he/she has successfully registered
online , and then make the payment with additional bank charges at any branch of
the SBI after 24 hours of registration. After making the requisite payment at
the bank, the candidate needs to scan and upload the bank challan and fill-in
the details of the Bank Challan i.e date of challan, journal number and branch
code (*branch code need not be filled in case payment is made through SBI
internet banking) as required at the relevant section of the website by the
candidate in the personal LOGIN ACCOUNT.”
